Stronger Core, Better Posture, Better Balance

Vital for our clients in their 60s, 70s and 80s but we are seeing it more with younger clients now who spend their working life sitting in front of a computer, on a phone or tablet while commuting and in front of TV at home. Free Initial Consultation

We need to find out as much detail as we can about what you would like to achieve and then we can recommend which of our services will help you reach your goal as quickly as possible. Many of the clients we see have never experienced the new forms of exercise we provide, some have never exercised at all, so during the consultation we can give a more detailed explanation to ensure you're confident that you are making the correct decision.

Private Fitness Studios

We are not a gym. When you come to our fitness studios it's by appointment only and it's just you and your Personal Trainer in the room, so there's no distractions, no onlookers and no need to feel self conscious. If you'd like to come to one of our Small Group Training Classes you still have to make an appointment and with a maximum of four people (six in Pilates) they offer a level of personal attention and motivation that would be impossible in an ordinary fitness class.

We were among the very first Personal Trainers in Glasgow, established in 1997. Initially based in a gym, then mobile to client's houses before opening our studios over six years ago close to our main client base for Personal Training in Newton Mearns, Giffnock , Clarkston, Thornliebank and all over the southside of Glasgow. Our reputation has spread mainly by word of mouth and we have clients travelling to us from Bearsden, Clydebank, Paisley, East Kilbride and Ayrshire.

Over 20 years of experience helping many hundreds of clients reach their different goals is great, but we believe that investing time in our fitness education is essential. We study the latest research and employ innovative techniques and equipment to help our clients achieve the best possible results. We add new qualifications nearly every year to ensure that our Personal Training is modern, up to date and varied which helps to keep you from getting bored with the same repetitive exercise that you were doing 10 years ago.

Suspension Training works with bodyweight and gravity putting you in control of how much you want to challenge yourself. All you do is adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. One to one or in a class of up to 4 people, it’s a whole body workout in just 30 minutes. [Find out more]
