How it works...
Initial Consultation
A FREE consultation to establish your goals, discuss your past exercise experience and check your medical history, medication and any injuries you may have. Payment for subsequent sessions should be made at the end of the Initial Consultation by cash or cheque.
Your First Session
With the information taken from the consultation your individual training programme is started and you are on your way to a fitter, healthier new you. If you have chosen Personal Training each session lasts one hour. If you have chosen Power Plate® Training each session lasts 25 minutes.
Your Progress
As your fitness improves, the programme is reviewed and progressed, bringing your goals even closer.
Our Support
Telephone and email support is available to you 7 days per week at no extra cost. So, if you are feeling de-motivated or unsure about any aspect of your training, you can contact your Personal Trainer at any time. |
