Many different styles and variations have developed over the years and we offer you low impact, mat work Pilates based on the original method and philosophy of Joseph Pilates, in private, tandem or group classes supervised and taught by Caroline Sinclair.

What we Offer

The ultimate in personal attention is achieved in our one to one sessions. With just you and Caroline in our private studio there are no distractions and every single repetition of every exercise is monitored ensuring you achieve the absolute maximum effect throughout the session.

Tandem sessions are also available by appointment with just two people and one teacher.

We also offer a weekly schedule of small group classes (see the current timetable below). Keeping to our background as Personal Trainers, all our group classes are strictly limited to a maximum of just six people to ensure you have far more individual attention than most other Pilates classes can provide.

Having our own studios allows for flexibility in the timetable so please let us know if you would like a class at any other day or time. We will try to accommodate any requests as long as there’s enough demand.

Summer is approaching but there’s still time to get your body in better shape. We have limited space in some of our mixed ability classes which would suit anyone with previous Pilates experience or a fit beginner with no medical issues. Contact us for more details and reserve a space before they’re all gone.

Prices

– 6 Week Block of Classes – £54
– One to One Session (1 Hour) – £50

– 5 One to One Sessions – £225
– 10 One to One Sessions – £400

For Tandem Sessions each person pays half the One to One price.

How does it work?

Our classes will run in 6 week blocks with full payment for each block required in advance to guarantee your place. Places requested by phone or email but not yet paid will be reserved for 3 days. If payment has not arrived in this period, the booking will be opened to others again.

We also offer a monthly payment option by standing order which will guarantee your place in your chosen class on a continuous basis. Please ask for details if you would like this option.
If you are new to Pilates or coming on the recommendation of a practitioner (such as a physiotherapist or your doctor) it is recommended that you attend a One to One session first.

Cancellation Policy

As our class numbers are so restricted it’s vital to let us know as far in advance as possible if you cannot attend your regular class. This allows us to try and find an alternative  for you plus we can offer your usual space to someone else who may need a change that week. Cancellation within 24 hours of the class will be charged at the full cost and the same applies to One to One sessions.
