How does it work?

If you haven’t watched the video yet, here’s a brief explanation.

You use your body weight and gravity for resistance, putting you in control of how much you want to challenge yourself as you can simply adjust your position to add or decrease resistance.

Unlike most gym equipment, every exercise uses multiple muscles and joints plus you can smoothly move from one exercise to another without any delay so a full body workout is completed in half the time it would take in a gym. The added bonus is that the core muscles are engaged throughout leading to a leaner waistline and helping to protect the lower back from strain.

What do we offer?

At our TRX Studio in Glasgow we offer three ways to enjoy TRX Suspension Training.

One to One: The ultimate for personal attention with exercises to match your specific needs and 100% attention on your technique to ensure maximum effect. We recommend one to one sessions to all our senior clients and those just starting on the road to fitness.

Group of friends: Get together with 2 or 3 friends and create your own private exercise class with appointment times that suit everyone. Friends training together usually encourage each other in addition to your trainer’s motivation, plus it’s good fun.

Scheduled Classes: We have classes mornings and evenings on a weekly timetable for anyone to join in. These have to be booked in advance as there’s a maximum of four people allowed in any class. If none of the class times suit, all you have to do is let us know what would be convenient and we will try to match up any requests and start a new class to suit your availability.
